All beverage service at 1860 Schulhaus is provided in-house in accordance with Missouri regulations. This allows us to maintain a consistent, high-quality experience while keeping the process straightforward for our clients.

Our most flexible and commonly selected option for micro weddings and private events.

With a consumption bar, you’re only billed for what your guests actually drink. This option allows you to offer a full bar experience without committing to a flat-rate package.

Cash Bar Options

A cash bar allows guests to purchase their own beverages throughout the event, while still enjoying full bar service and a professionally staffed experience.

What to Expect from Bar Pricing

We focus on quality ingredients and generous pours—so while our pricing may look slightly higher than a typical venue, the value and experience are noticeably different.

  • Beer & seltzers: $5–$7

  • Wine: $7–$10 per glass

  • Signature cocktails & mixed drinks: $9–$12

  • Specialty cocktails (martinis, espresso drinks, etc.): starting around $12
