All beverage service at 1860 Schulhaus is provided in-house in accordance with Missouri regulations. This allows us to maintain a consistent, high-quality experience while keeping the process straightforward for our clients.

With a consumption bar, you’re only billed for what your guests actually drink. This option allows you to offer a full bar experience without committing to a flat-rate package.

All events include full beverage service with a $300 minimum in total beverage sales.

This minimum can be met through:

For most events, this minimum is easily reached based on guest count and typical consumption.
